Seth’s great, easily my favorite, but man those artbook illustrations are a time sink. But did you know that she has a much less excessively ornate dark haired ninja girl outfit in the manga? Whoah!
The Costume (2007)
This was still in the “let’s use my real hair wherever possible era.” :P Basic black stretch twill with no bust shaping darts of any kind because I didn’t quite understand them yet. The gold trim had some wire in it that helped make it less annoying to sew on (frankly there’s no avoiding SOME sort of trim for nearly any Trinity Blood costume). I didn’t manage to finish the over-jacket in time, but I only ever wore this once and it gets blown off pretty quickly in the manga anyhow. :P
I made manga!Ion and manga!Radu (basically all casa satin) for two of my buddies and we all went to Acen 2007 together in the last few weeks of high school.
