Seth’s my favorite, but those artbook illustrations are a real time sink…thankfully she debuted in the manga wearing a much less extravagant, vaguely ninja-y high mobility outfit.

The Costume (2007)

This was still in the “let’s use my real hair wherever possible era.” This was made out of a basic black stretch twill with no bust shaping darts of any kind because I didn’t quite understand them yet. The gold trim had some wire in it that helped make it less annoying to sew on. Frankly, there’s no avoiding SOME sort of trim for a Trinity Blood costume. I didn’t manage to finish the over-jacket in time (I was also making manga!Ion and manga!Radu for two of my buddies), but I only ever wore this once and it gets blown off pretty quickly in the manga anyhow. :P
